This is our premiere offering, essentially a super certificate that equates to an 80-unit Masters in Divinity (MDiv).  Unlike other MDiv programs, this one is master planned to develop students, not only at an intellectual and spiritual level, but also at a relational level.  How students relate to God, themselves, other people, power, conflict, money, hardship, pain, ideologies, and their own future is a primary focus of the student’s training.  We educate believers to become shepherds, not hirelings. Leaders, not mere figureheads. Disciples, not nominal Christians.  This program is designed for pastors and ministry leaders seeking an equivalency to a professional degree that precedes ordination.
