Right On Mission honors your personal privacy. Client information is strictly protected. We do not share, trade or sell your personally identifiable information with 3rd parties.
Right On Mission does allow trusted 3rd parties who assist us in operating our website or in conducting our business to view appropriate data so long as they agree to keep all private information about Right On Mission clients confidential.
Right On Mission reserves the right to release your information when we believe we are doing so in order to comply with state and federal law.
This privacy policy shall not prevent Right On Mission from enforcing our site policies, protecting ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Protection Procedures: Right On Mission has security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
First of all, we offer the use of a secure server. All credit information is transmitted through technology provided by Bank Of America’s merchant services. It is encrypted into our Payment gateways and made accessible only to those authorized with special access rights.
Secondly, after a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.
Right On Mission Analytics: We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our updates, join our blog, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.

Upfront we want you to know that when you phone us, our system automatically records your voicemail and becomes part of Right On Mission’s database. While your message may be heard by more than one ROM worker as we do our best to serve you, your message is kept private within Right On Mission.

Privacy Policy Parameters of Service: Our practice is to offer Services strictly within the Parameters of Right On Mission's theological approach, expertise, know-how, academic research, stated policies, and/or website descriptions of our Services. Our Parameters include the following definitions: believers as "those who are born of the Spirit such that they have the Christ in them"; God "Who is, according to the Scriptures, the Supreme Authority over all"; integrity as "a quality of honesty and congruence that produces wholeness and a lack of corruption"; moral courage as "the courage to do what God says is right"; Scripture as "the sixty-six books of the Protestant Bible"; theologically as "relating to the full revelation of God"; truth as "that which is true in the classic sense of corresponding with objective reality and as revealed by God."
Right On Mission is a privately owned educational institution that exists to guide Christians back to the cross of Christ. Right On Mission is only competent to serve those who profess to be Christ followers and agree to comply with all Right On Mission policies in light of Right On Mission's Statement Of Faith. Right On Mission renders each and every service openly and strictly from a theological approach. Right On Mission reserves the right to withhold our services from any client whom we believe intentionally or unintentionally asks us to violate our Culture Chart, Core Values, Vision, Mission, Why, Motto, Statement Of Faith, Company Expression, stated policies, or website description of our Services.
Private Resolution of Disputes: Upon paying for any of our services, all Right On Mission clients, students, and workers automatically agree to resolve any and all conflicts with Right On Mission outside of state and federal court. All Right On Mission clients and students unequivocally agree to resolve any and all conflicts with Right On Mission or with Right On Mission workers in a private, not public, venue. Upon paying for any Right On Mission service or accepting any payments from Right On Mission, all clients, students, workers, and location providers for Right On Mission automatically waive their civil rights, either knowingly or unknowingly, and thereby agree not to file suit against Right On Mission. Any person(s) whom Right On Mission cannot accommodate in good conscience as clients or students or workers, on account of Right On Mission's religious convictions and religious freedom, is hereby notified of Right On Mission's constitutional right to appeal to the First Amendment, the Establishment Clause, the ecclesiastical abstention, and the ministerial exception when it comes to employment law and also when it comes to any complaint that is in any way related to Right On Mission's all-pervasive way of operating business in accordance with its theological approach to its research-based expertise, stated policies, Vision Statement, Mission Statements, Core Values, Motto, and/or theological approach. All Right On Mission workers, whether contracted or uncontracted, employed or volunteer, function in Right On Mission as "ministers" of the gospel of grace.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy: If Right On Mission changes its privacy policy, it will post those changes on this page. This policy was set up before Right On Mission accepted any client payments. It was originally activated on April 21, 2015 and last revised on February 19, 2021.
Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy
Shipping and Returns: Since Right On Mission currently does no shipping, we have no need for a Shipping or Returns policy.
Refunds: Right On Mission does not offer refunds. However, we do allow clients to reschedule paid-for appointments or gift their appointments to other persons.

Anti-Partiality Policy
Right On Mission (ROM) is a closely-held-for-profit corporation. As such, it is to be counted as a “person” that is protected by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993. According to the text provided in the United States Supreme Court’s 2014 decision in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) covers “any exercise of religion, whether or not compelled by, or central to, a system of religious belief.” Having this Anti-Partiality Policy is part of “the exercise of religion” of ROM’s owners.
The owners of ROM sincerely believe that “partiality” in this context refers to “unfair bias that denigrates the image of God that each and every person equally bears despite their demographic information.”
The Lord has self-revealed that “God is not one to show partiality, but in every nation, the person who fears God and does what is right is welcome to God” (Acts 10:34-35) and that God impartially judges every person in accordance with the perfect standards of God’s holiness (I Peter 1:17).
God commands:

“You shall not show partiality in judgment” (Deuteronomy 1:17).

“Do nothing in a spirit of partiality” (I Timothy 5:21).

“But if you show partiality, you are committing sin and are convicted by the Law as transgressors” (James 2:9).

For whoever does wrong will receive the consequences of the wrong that the person did, and that without partiality” (Colossians 3:25).
In light of God’s commands, the owners of ROM see themselves as accountable to God to foster a workplace culture that honors the human dignity of each person.
Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment is not allowed at Right On Mission (ROM). In accordance with the owner’s faith, the definition of “sexual harassment” at ROM is behavior that suggests or communicates any type of unwanted sexual advance; this includes but is not limited to stalking, sexting, speaking with innuendos or lewd language or smutty body language, pressuring someone toward any kind of sexual involvement, or touching someone in a way that is distinguished from traditional expressions of Christian love.
Anyone at ROM is being sexually harassed is to report it immediately in writing to info@rightonmission.org within seven days of when the incident took place.
It is ROM’s intention to create a culture that prevents sexual harassment and halts it as soon as possible after the matter is made known.
ROM believes in due process as a mechanism for seeking out truth; thus it is ROM’s intention to listen to both sides of any conflict and to provide ROM students, clients, participants, and employees access to ROM’s Grievance Policy, including when the conflict pertains to an accusation or denial of sexual harassment.
Media Release Consent
By registering, I hereby authorize Right On Mission to publish photographs, audio and videography taken of me for use in the Right On Mission's print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications. I hereby release and hold harmless Right On Mission from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I also grant Right On Mission full permission to include my name on their website, updates, or any other marketing or promotional material for Right On Mission. I hereby release Right On Mission, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
