Sarah Sumner (Ph.D., Systematic Theology) is a theologian who operates as a change agent building integrity in the Church. Jim Sumner, Business Manager & Operations Assistant
Why Statement: I believe the gift of entering into the glory of God's amazing grace frees the human spirit to dance with the Spirit of God.
Jim wears multiple hats at Right On Mission. He is the Business Manager, the Operations Assistant, a member of the Speaking Team and the Consulting Team. His expertise includes preaching, administration, children's ministry, facilities management, and analytical thinking.
Jim has a B.S. from Illinois State University, an M.A. from Azusa Pacific University, and an M.A. from A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary.
Jim's primary background as a non-Christian was in professional entertainment. After he came to Christ, he worked on church staff, then later became an adjunct faculty member at Simpson University and a Bible Study Fellowship leader.
Pakou Vang, Operations Manager & Executive Assistant
Why Statement: I believe God is trustworthy because He regards the plight of every person.
Pakou Vang has been with Right On Mission from the start. She manages the infrastructure and oversees the day-to-day operations and processes. Pakou also helps with the website and entrepreneurial services ROM provides.

Lisa Orimoto, Senior Associate
Why Statement: I believe people’s true desires are so innately God-like that the only way to be true to ourselves is to be true to God.
Lisa Orimoto (Ph.D. Psychology) is a listener, a formally trained scientist who functions as a pastor in the way she relates to people. At Right On Mission, we call her "Dr. O." Her expertise is vast given her past successful work as a pharmacist, psychologist, church planter, strategic planner, teacher and coach. Organizationally, she is a sage who kindly teaches people how to love.

Matthew Sayovitz, IT
Mission Statement: To enhance the work of those who are building God's Kingdom.
Matthew Sayovitz (M.B.A.) has broad experience in software development and technological implementation and works full-time in the medical field of continuing education. Matthew is a precisionist who raises the standard of excellence.
