Listening Seminars & Retreats
Listening is the first act of faithful discernment. Before decisions are made, positions taken, or strategies formed, attention must be rightly ordered.
To listen is not merely to hear words.
It is to learn.
It is to make interior space—to receive the thoughts of others, to notice one’s own assumptions, and carefully to attend to what the Holy Spirit is saying.
Jesus himself issued this sober instruction: “Be careful how you listen.” (Luke 8:18)
At Right On Mission, we customize Listening Seminars and Retreats for leaders, governance boards, and serious believers who recognize that faithful action begins with disciplined attention. These experiences are not therapeutic retreats or brainstorming sessions. They are formational environments structured to quiet reactivity, surface truth, and restore clarity before judgment and action
