Right On Mission's Privacy Policy entails everything written in every section on this page.

 

Right On Mission honors your personal privacy.  Client information is strictly protected.  We do not share, trade or sell your personally identifiable information with 3rd parties.

 

Right On Mission does allow trusted 3rd parties who assist us in operating our website or in conducting our business to view appropriate data so long as they agree to keep all private information about Right On Mission clients confidential.

 

Right On Mission reserves the right to release your information when we believe we are doing so in order to comply with state and federal law.

 

This privacy policy shall not prevent Right On Mission from enforcing our site policies, protecting ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

 

Protection Procedures:  Right On Mission has security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

 

First of all, we offer the use of a secure server. All credit information is transmitted through technology provided by Bank Of America’s merchant services. It is encrypted into our Payment gateways and made accessible only to those authorized with special access rights.

 

Secondly, after a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.

 

Right On Mission Analytics:  We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our updates, join our blog, respond to a survey, or fill out a form.

 

When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked, as appropriate, to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

 

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience

  • To improve client services

  • To process transactions

  • To improve our website

  • To help us steward our opportunities with more wisdom

 

Note:  The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information, update your order, or apprise you of company news.

 

Online Privacy Policy Only:  This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

 

Phone Voice Messages: Right On Mission cares about your messages sent to us.  Upfront we want you to know that when you phone us, our system automatically records your voicemail and becomes part of Right On Mission’s database.  While your message may be heard by more than one ROM worker as we do our best to serve you, your message is kept private within Right On Mission.

Your Consent:  By using our site, you consent to our website privacy policy.  If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, please let us know at info@rightonmission.org.

Privacy Policy Parameters of Service:  Our practice is to offer Services strictly within the Parameters of Right On Mission's theological approach, expertise, know-how, academic research, stated policies, and/or website descriptions of our Services.  Our Parameters include the following definitions:  believers as "those who are born of the Spirit such that they have the Christ in them"; God "Who is, according to the Scriptures, the Supreme Authority over all"; integrity as "a quality of honesty and congruence that produces wholeness and a lack of corruption"; moral courage as "the courage to do what God says is right"; Scripture as "the sixty-six books of the Protestant Bible"; theologically as "relating to the full revelation of God"; truth as "that which is true in the classic sense of corresponding with objective reality and as revealed by God.

 

Because Right On Mission, as a new model of education, exists to teach believers to think so Christianly that they find the moral courage to act with integrity as Christ followers, even in the face of opposition.  Right On Mission is only competent to serve those who profess to be Christ followers and agree to comply with all Right On Mission policies in light of Right On Mission's Statement Of Faith.  Right On Mission renders each and every service openly and strictly from a theological approach. Right On Mission reserves the right to withhold our services from any client whom we believe intentionally or unintentionally asks us to violate Our Core Values, Vision, Mission, Motto, stated policies, website description of our services or act outside our professional expertise or pay any disregard to the academic research or theological approach of Right On Mission or its founder, Sarah Sumner, Ph.D., MBA.

 

Private Resolution of Disputes:  Upon paying for any of our services, all Right On Mission and/or Right On Mission Vocational Seminary clients, students, and workers automatically agree to resolve any and all conflicts with Right On Mission either through a process of Christian mediation or through an informal process that stands outside any state or federal court.  All Right On Mission clients and potential clients unequivocally agree to resolve any and all conflicts with Right On Mission or with Right On Mission workers in a private, not public, venue.  Upon paying for any Right On Mission service or accepting any payments from Right On Mission, all clients, students, workers, and location providers for Right On Mission automatically waive their civil rights, either knowingly or unknowingly, and thereby agree not to file suit against Right On Mission.  Any person(s) whom Right On Mission cannot accommodate in good conscience as clients or students or workers, on account of Right On Mission's religious convictions and religious freedom, is hereby notified of Right On Mission's constitutional right to appeal to the First Amendment, the Establishment Clause, the ecclesiastical abstention, and the ministerial exception when it comes to employment law and also when it comes to any complaint that is in any way related to Right On Mission's all-pervasive way of operating business in accordance with its research-based expertise, stated policies, Vision Statement, Mission Statements, Core Values, Motto, and/or theological approach.  All Right On Mission workers, whether contracted or uncontracted, employed or volunteer, function in Right On Mission as "ministers" of the gospel of grace.

 

Changes to Our Privacy Policy:  If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page. This policy was set up before Right On Mission accepted any client payments.  It was originally activated on 4/21/2015 and last revised on 8/21/16.

 

Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Shipping and Returns: Since Right On Mission currently does no shipping, we have no need for a Shipping or Returns policy.

 

Refunds: Right On Mission does not offer refunds. However, we do allow clients to reschedule paid-for appointments or gift their appointments to other persons.
