Personal Identity Statements

Everything we do honors our belief that you refract God’s image uniquely.

You are one-of-a-kind, the only “you” in church history.   You are a select arrow in God’s quiver.  That is why take time to listen to you, behold you, validate God’s design of you, and celebrate your mission, vision, and why statements.

Life Mission Statement

A Life Mission Statement

is more than a personal brand.

It describes the way you uniquely refract the image of God. It clarifies your purpose, anchors your self-understanding, and strengthens your moral resolve to live faithfully unto Christ under pressure. You have a sacred passion that transcends your cultural role.

Vision Statement

Every vision statement is a picture of redemption. It describes what you personally want to see and streamlines your decision-making by steering you toward the result you want to see.   "Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained."  (Proverbs 29:18)

Working with Dr. Sarah Sumner at Right On Mission was a deeply clarifying and transformative experience. Through her careful listening, spiritual insight, and masterful writing, she crafted Life and Vision Statements that don’t just describe me — they call me forth. These statements resonate at the soul level. They helped me understand who I am in God’s eyes, and they gave me language to live that identity out with courage and conviction. I now have a clear sense of direction and a deeper confidence to walk in my calling. Most important of all, I feel newly equipped to act on my purpose and invite others into the Kingdom of God.
