We live in a time when positional leadership is common, but moral authority is rare—even in Christian organizations. Many leaders have never been formed to lead as moral agents before God.

Right On Mission trains leaders to exercise authority as shepherds rather than hirelings:  to take responsibility even when problems are not of their own making, to act courageously when the cost is high, and to fear doing what is morally wrong more than dreading what is difficult to face.  Moral leaders are not driven by image management or self-protection, but by reverence for the Lord and responsibility for the people entrusted to them.
