COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Life is unpredictable. Some things happen that no one can control, but many things happen because someone planned it. The Scriptures say the “wicked scheme.” At Right On Mission (ROM), we don’t want you to fall prey into someone else’s scheme. We have a unique process to guide you systematically into making strategic plans for your “new self” in Christ. Your instructor will be an expert trained by Right On Mission to help you go deep within yourself in ways that you have never done before. You will be challenged to approach your own future with more hope in God and a deeper understanding of your ability to influence your own future. Most planning processes require you to take about a year to write your own mission statement yourself. We expedite the process and support your success by requiring you to engage in a Life Mission Statement session at Right On Mission as part of the course. With our bundled services, you get far more than the marketplace can offer.

KEY QUESTIONS TO BE EXPLORED:

• What vision do I have for my life? Do I have the right to live a visionless life?
• What is my desired future? Is it sinful for me to consider stepping into the future I want?
• What good does it do anyway--to plan when no one knows what tomorrow might bring?
• Who will I become if I passively react to whatever unfolds in my life? Who will I become if I step into my future from a deeper place of faith in God?
• Am I locked inside a predestined, unalterable future while I am here on earth?
• How hopeful am I regarding my own future? How realistic? How responsible am I for how my future plays out?
