Secular ideologies are irreligious ideas such as Darwinism, communism, atheism, and postmodernism. When secular ideologies permeate a culture, they seep into the minds of authentic Christ followers and distort the testimony of the Church. Secularism rejects all forms of religious faith and insists that public policy and public education be rid of all religious obligations. For centuries secularism was inconceivable--nearly everyone believed in the divine. Now we live in a secular age in which everything is said to be gray. This course examines the contours of a secular mind.
