DATE & TIME:  Monday, August 16 at 3:30 - 5:30 pm PST

DESCRIPTION:

Anxiety is a common by-product of our fast paced, stressful world...and Christians are not immune. Anxiety is reportedly the number one problem in Gen Z. Whether you're a pastor, parent, teacher, or spiritual director, mentor, coach or student, you are highly likely to experience buried anxiety or find yourself with others who are currently struggling against unwanted anxiety symptoms. Scripture teaches us to renew our minds. The question is, "How do you do that?" This webinar offers practical skills and cognitive strategies for coping with anxiety in your own life, interventions to use when walking alongside someone with anxiety, and encouragement from both Scripture and scientific research that improvement is truly possible. This webinar gives you a tool in your toolkit to go back to again and again as you minister to a broken world.
