Our knowledge base is rich with regard to equipping governance boards, church elders, and nonprofit officers to develop internal structures and processes for addressing real problems preemptively before they escalate into expensive, embarrassing scandals.  We know how to help faith-based institutions establish a well-defined organizational culture that disinvites foul play and fosters authentic Christianity.  Preventative measures are an organizational form of risk management.  Primarily we work with board members, administrators, senior ministry teams, church elder boards, and missionary sending agencies by addressing and assessing felt needs in light of the organization’s mission statement.
