There is a mighty difference between conciliation that is merely meant to “conciliate” without any regard for truth or restoration, and conflict resolution that is meant for real resolution of disputes.  We provide a service led by Christian ministers, not lawyers, that is likened to conciliation and that highlights the biblical principle of impartiality in search of the truth that sets people free from sins that result in bitter conflicts.  We use caucuses, evidence, biblical procedures, empathy, prayer, and encouragement to help people experience true restoration and resolution.
